BAROLO CHINATO

At first glance, Barolo Chinato of Réva seems like a traditional product, with a classic recipe where the citrus fruits balance the bitter notes of cinchona, the leading actor in the recipe. In realty, by taking a moment, we can discover other aromas in the glass.
The subtle spicy notes of cinnamon, clove, hot pepper, galangal, nutmeg, and memories of rose petals support the primary notes of the wine. The refreshing background consists of coriander, cardamom, and eucalyptus.
The taste has an excellent olfactory relation with the bitter timber of cinchona, backed by rhubarb with its characteristic smokiness.
The sweetness is well- balanced without taking front stage and the bitter notes remain for a long time together with a pleasant trail of bitter orange peel.
